RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Last updated: 01/12/2023

If the Client is a Consumer, as defined in the Code of EU Online Rights and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the right to withdraw from a Purchase Contract (hereinafter the "Right of Withdrawal") is applicable, without the need for providing any reason, and without incurring any penalties.

The Right of Withdrawal can encompass all purchased goods (complete withdrawal) or only part of them (partial withdrawal).

1. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

1.1. To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, Clients must send a withdrawal communication within 14 (fourteen) days starting from the day the products are physically delivered. This period commences when a Client or a Consignee acting on behalf of the Client signs the delivery note, thereby accepting the goods.

1.2. Clients are free to withdraw in their own words, provided their statement describing the decision to withdraw is unequivocal, or they can use the Withdrawal Form. The withdrawal information can be sent via:

Registered post to: MORE4SAFETY.COM, Gustava Zemgala Gatve 78, Riga, LV-1014 (Latvia)

Email to: WE@MORE4SAFETY.COM

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

2.1. The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e., non-prefabricated goods made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer.

3. Return Instructions

3.1. When Clients correctly exercise their Right of Withdrawal, they will receive an email message at the email address provided during registration. This email will contain all necessary instructions for returning products: file number, how to label packages, and where to send the packages (or the contact numbers of a forwarding agent for arranging pickup).

3.2. The address for returning goods is: MORE4SAFETY.COM, Gustava Zemgala Gatve 78, Riga, LV-1014 (Latvia).

3.3. The products must be returned to the Seller not later than 14 (fourteen) days after informing the Seller about the decision to withdraw from the purchase. The postmark date or the collection date by the forwarding agent will determine the return date.

4. Reimbursement

4.1. If the Client has exercised the Right of Withdrawal in accordance with the terms and conditions, the Seller will fully reimburse all payments received from the Client, including shipping costs.

4.2. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as the Client used for the initial transaction, without undue delay and not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Seller is informed about the Client's decision to withdraw.

4.3. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or the Client has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5. Return Costs

5.1. The Client bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

5.2. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, estimated shipping costs by product type are as follows:

  • Bulky items (e.g., Ready packages): €500

  • Small items, up to 15kgs: €100

6. Return Conditions

6.1. The goods must be returned in resalable conditions, preferably in their original packaging and with all accessories.

6.2. Clients are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling differently than the provided instructions regarding verification of an item's nature, features, and function. If this occurs, the Seller reserves the right to require a refund from the user due to the decrease in the value of the product.

6.3. While not obligatory by law, Clients are encouraged to consider purchasing insurance for returned goods when exercising the Right of Withdrawal.
